- Only transgenders who have a valid national identity card can benefit from this program. Remember that they have registered as eunuchs on the identity card.
- This program specifically focuses on transgender women aged 60 years and above.
- To join this program, transgenders must register themselves.
- Transgender people living outside the country cannot benefit from this program.
- Those eunuchs who have ever traveled abroad will also not be included in this program.

How To Register For The BISP Transgender Program
Registering for the BISP Transgender Program is an easy and simple process.
- Transgenders should bring their few necessary documents (their valid National Identity Card in which they are registered as eunuchs, house electricity or gas bill, personal mobile number, national identity card of their head eunuchs). One should visit the registration center of BISP. Visit the BISP Registration Office and submit all their required documents to the help desk representative.
- The representative will ask them some personal questions, transgenders should give correct answers to these questions so that they don’t have to face any problems later.
